As part of the immunization schedule available for children the following vaccinations are provided at the Grade 6 level at school:

-  HPV Human Papilloma Virus (for boys and girls)

-  Catch up vaccines that your child may be missing from the regular schedule

Kindergarten students:  please submit your child's most up to date immunization records to the school office

Between 4-6 years of age, a booster dose of ​Tetanus, Diptheria, Pertussis and Polio (TdaPo) and Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (MMRV) is recommended. Please contact Public Health - 604-983-6700 or your family doctor to book an appointment. It is advisable to keep a copy of your child's immunization records. The information is often needed for school activities, college and travel.
